Employment Opportunities
The Bromham Community Hub officially opened its doors in October 2025, and there are several ways to get involved as we establish ourselves at the heart of the village.
Because the Hub is a registered charity (No. 1202694), much of our initial success relies on the dedication of local residents.
1. Paid Employment
While many day-to-day operations are volunteer-led, paid roles occasionally arise as the facility scales up.
Cleaning staff: As the venue begins hosting more events, two part-time roles for cleaning have become available. Full Details of Cleaning Vacancies.
2. Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteering is currently the most active way to join the team. Since the Hub is in its "launch and establish" phase, we are looking for help in the following areas:
General: Helping setting up the hall for various community activities.
Fundraising: Joining the team to help reach the final targets for internal fixtures, fittings, and technology upgrades.
