The Bromham Community Hub Management Committee are seeking an experienced, professional caterer to partner with the Committee and Trustees to run the Hub Café, for the benefit of the village and residents, in an exciting new business opportunity.

The intention has always been that the Community Hub would have a café that would become the “Hub” of village life. We envisage the café eventually being open most, if not all, days of the week. In the long term we envisage the Café would open for 3 to 8 hours a day, at varied times, to serve different groups from our community, offering a range of hot and cold drinks as well as a range of cakes and sandwiches or rolls in a warm and welcoming environment.

The Café will also be contracted to serve teas and coffees for conferences and other events on a per head basis.

There is also an opportunity to partner in a licensed bar for the right candidate.

The successful candidate would have experience managing a café. You will need to:

develop your team, including scheduling and training.
oversee inventory and ordering
ensure the Café meets all food safety, hygiene and health and safety standards
