Bromham Vintage Vehicle Meet
The residents of Bromham and visitors to the village certainly were treated to an amazing abundant selection of classic cars, vintage tractors, steam engines, military vehicles, motorcycles and tractors over the weekend. What a marvellous day we enjoyed at the very first Bromham Vintage Vehicle Meet.
As the Bromham Vintage Vehicle Meet Team sat in the pub during the weeks leading up to the event, they were convinced that only a handful of vehicles would attend. In the end, almost the entire Millennium Field was covered with a spectacular array of all things vehicle-related. What an outstanding result!
Events like this simply could not take place without a small army of volunteers who generously give up their own time to come and lend a hand. Thank you, thank you, and thank you again, you are all stars for mucking in and helping to make the day such a success.
To the visitors, thank you for turning out in such great numbers. We sincerely hope you enjoyed a wonderful day surrounded by a colourful and fascinating display of vehicles, set against a backdrop of lively entertainment and great music, while enjoying something delicious to eat and drink.
The atmosphere throughout the day was happy, friendly, relaxed, and welcoming, and that is down to every single person who attended.
What a wonderful way to show off not only Bromham village itself but the Bromham Community Hub too and our wonderful, friendly, helpful and proud parishioners too, some of whom took extra time and care to bring their own wonderful vehicles along too share. Thank you.
