Crafts, Coffee & Community: A Sunny Success!

The Hub was absolutely buzzing today, and the weather couldn't have been kinder. There is nothing quite like the sight of the Bromham Community Hub bathed in Saturday morning sunshine, especially when the building is filled with the vibrant energy of a community coming together for a great cause.

Today, we were proud to host the Bromham and Rowde Monday Club ‘Crafts and Coffee’ Fair. It was a spectacular turnout that reminded us all why the Hub is such a vital asset to our village life.

The main hall was transformed into a bustling marketplace with 16 individual stalls showcasing an incredible range of local talent. From intricate handmade crafts and bespoke jewelry to high-quality clothing, the variety on display was a testament to the creativity found right here in our local area.

The atmosphere was electric as visitors hunted for unique finds, with the Tombola and Raffle stands proving as popular as ever. Every ticket sold and every item purchased goes directly toward supporting the Monday Club, ensuring they can continue their fantastic work in our community.

It was lovely to see so many familiar faces supporting such a great cause. A huge thank you to everyone who organised, stalled, and visited!

For many, the highlight of the morning was the chance to slow down. The Owl in the Hub cafe was in full swing, serving up fresh coffee and a mouth-watering selection of cakes.

With the spring sun shining down, the terrace became the place to be. It was wonderful to see old friends reunited over lattes and neighbors catching up while taking in the fresh air. It’s moments like these—where the building provides the backdrop for genuine connection—that make all the effort worthwhile.

❤️ Supporting the Monday Club

Beyond the crafts and the caffeine, today was about solidarity. The Monday Club provides a lifeline for many in Bromham and Rowde, and seeing the village turn out in force to support their fundraising efforts was truly heartening.

A huge thank you goes out to:

  • The organizers who worked tirelessly behind the scenes.

  • The stallholders for bringing such wonderful products to the Hub.

  • Louise and Matt at the Owl for keeping everyone fueled.

  • And, most importantly, everyone who visited and donated so generously.
